How to request deletion of your Agent Lead Tracker data, including content imported from Google or Instagram.
1. What you can request
You can request deletion of:
- Your ALT account — your login, profile, contacts, leads, messages, campaigns, and all derived data.
- Instagram data only — DM threads, comments, and post analytics that ALT imported from your connected Instagram business account, while keeping the rest of your ALT account active.
- Google Calendar data only — the OAuth tokens and any event metadata ALT cached for sync, while keeping the rest of your ALT account active.
2. How to request deletion
Email support@agentleadtracker.com from the email address on file for your ALT account. Include in the subject line one of:
Delete my ALT accountDelete my Instagram dataDelete my Google Calendar data
We will confirm your identity (matching email + a one-time code we send back) and complete the deletion within 30 days in our production systems and 90 days in encrypted backups. We will send you a final confirmation when the deletion is complete.
3. Faster Instagram-only revocation
If you want ALT to immediately lose access to your Instagram account (faster than waiting for the email flow):
- Open Instagram → Settings and privacy → Apps and websites → revoke ALT's access. Meta invalidates our token within minutes.
- Or, in ALT, go to Settings → Social → Disconnect Instagram. We immediately delete the encrypted access token and stop polling/receiving webhook events. The DM content already saved to your CRM stays so your conversation history is intact; email us if you want that removed too.
4. What stays after deletion
A small set of records is retained after deletion to meet legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention requirements:
- Stripe billing records (US tax law typically requires 7 years).
- Application logs that may incidentally include your user id; these auto-expire within 90 days.
- Aggregate, non-identifying usage analytics that cannot be tied back to you individually.
Everything else — your name, email, contacts, messages, campaigns, Instagram DM bodies, calendar tokens, and OAuth tokens — is permanently erased on the timeline above.
