Terms of Service

Last updated: April 29, 2026. By using Agent Lead Tracker (“ALT”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

ALT is a real-estate CRM with AI-assisted messaging, calendar sync, and pipeline tools. Agent Lead Tracker is operated by Agent Lead Tracker, San Diego, California, USA.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@agentleadtracker.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. We offer a 7-day free trial; no card required to start. After the trial you can subscribe at the published rate on our pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We don’t pro-rate refunds for unused time on the current period unless we materially failed to deliver the service. If we did, email us — we’ll make it right.

Twilio messaging and phone-number rental are billed separately and pass through at cost via your subaccount. SMS volume above plan limits is billed per-message at the rate shown in Settings → Messaging.

4. Your data

You own the contacts, messages, notes, and other content you put into ALT. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely so we can run the product for you. We don’t sell your data, we don’t train AI models on it, and we don’t use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

5. SMS, calls, and consent (read this)

When you send SMS or place calls through ALT, you are the sender of record. You are responsible for complying with applicable telecom and consumer-protection laws, including the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, state-level “mini-TCPA” laws (Florida, Washington, Oklahoma, etc.), and Twilio’s 10DLC and Acceptable Use rules.

In plain terms, before you message a lead through ALT you must:

  • Have prior express written consent (or another lawful basis) to text or call that number.
  • Identify yourself in the first message and include opt-out instructions (“Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).
  • Honor STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, and equivalent requests immediately.
  • Not message numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without an established business relationship or prior consent.
  • Not use ALT to send messages that are unsolicited, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful in your jurisdiction.

ALT provides tooling to help (auto opt-out detection, opt-out logs, AI-drafted messages that include identifiers and STOP language by default), but the legal exposure for noncompliance is yours, not ours.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use ALT to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data beyond what your account is entitled to.
  • Bypass usage limits, plan gating, or anti-abuse measures.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
  • Upload content that violates third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
  • Use the service for any application where failure could lead to physical harm (medical, life-safety, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Third-party integrations

ALT connects to Google Calendar, Twilio, Stripe, GoHighLevel, ATTOM, Zillow, and other services on your behalf. Use of those services is subject to their own terms; we’re not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. If a third-party service goes down or changes its API, ALT features that depend on it may stop working until we adapt.

8. AI-assisted features

ALT uses third-party AI providers (OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to draft messages, score leads, and generate suggestions. AI output can be wrong, biased, or outdated. Always review AI-drafted content before sending. You are responsible for what you send under your name.

9. Intellectual property

The ALT software, branding, copy, and UI are ours (or our licensors’) and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose while your subscription is active. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership.

10. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates legal or operational risk for us or other users. On termination we will, on request, give you 30 days to export your data before deletion.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

ALT is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We don’t guarantee that AI suggestions are accurate, that messages will be delivered, or that any specific business outcome will result from using ALT.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify ALT against third-party claims arising from your content, your messaging activity, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law (in particular SMS/TCPA claims tied to messages you sent through the service).

14. Changes to the service or these terms

We may change features, plans, or pricing as the product evolves. We may also update these terms; if a change is material, we’ll notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use ALT after a change means you accept it.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any competent court.
